The University foster scientific spirit through value based quality education to mould youths the pillar of tomorrow with supreme knowledge and skill for advancing BTAD to a welfare society. The University shall engage in need based Research & Development activities which integrate indigenous knowledge and rich socio-cultural heritage with emerging modern scientific technology for socio-economic betterment of the community at large and people of BTAD in particular. To excel in research and teaching the University shall strictly adhere to ethics of research, publish research findings in peer reviewed high impact factor scholarly journals and follow pedagogy of teaching blended with class room teaching, tutorial, assignments and field works. The University curriculum encompasses lessons, theory and practices to make passing out students employable and compete with their peers in all walks of life. The University incubation center shall facilitate startups in technology and entrepreneur by students and faculty.
