About the School

Lions Public School was started with a humble beginning in the year 1980 and soon it rose to become one of the best schools in the entire Dhanbad district. At present, it boasts to have well equipped smart classrooms, labs of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and Art n Craft. It is also well eqipped with a library which profoundly contains all the novels written by Prem Chand, a large number of religious books from all religions, along with the ones needed for academic purposes to name a few. It also houses an array of transportation buses and vehicles, end-to-end CCTV surveillance, and free WiFi in the entire campus. Very recently, it has constructed a brand new building with chic infrastructure and modern design, unmatched by any other school in the entire region. School is conducted by a committee consisting of experts in the field of education and a galaxy of benevolent people genuinely interested in imparting education at a reasonable cost. The medium of instruction is English throughout. However Hindi, Bengali, and other regional languages have a vital role in the curriculum and are taught daily in all classes. Moral instruction with an aim of holistic growth is always imparted to all the pupils of Lions Public School.
