About the School
With the establishment of Bihar Caustic and Chemicals Limited at Rehla, it was felt necessary to establish an English-medium School to cater to the primary educational needs of employee’s children. Accordingly Shiksha Niketan was founded in 1987 by Ladies Club (Mahila Mandal), a women social and cultural organisation of Bihar Caustic and Chemicals Limited. The school was rechristened as The Aditya Birla Public School in April 2002.
