About the School

St. John Vianney School, is operated under the auspices of the Discalced Carmelite fathers of Manjummel Province, run by St. John Vianney Trust, in the Diocese of Gwalior and admits all the students of any religion, race, language, sex, culture and state. Our mission is to bring the teachings and values of the Gospel to the children and thereby to the families that make our school community. In doing so we meet the needs of the total person: intellectual, social, emotional, physical and spiritual which will enable them to become worthy citizens of tomorrow. While we recognize the role of the parents as the primary educator, we believe that the school exists to foster knowledge and love of God and neighbour. Our school community is ethically diverse and we approach all learning holistically and with a variety of teaching strategies that will encompass different culture and learning styles. Learning is the way of fetching perfection in our life. With St. John Vianney of Avila as our Patroness, we continually strive to achieve academic perfection.
