About the School

Burdwan Model School is the dream come reality of Oriental Association for Education and Research Society. The members of the society, comprising of renowned industrialists, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, academicians, physicians and management experts etc. have envisioned a comprehensive skill based school with residential and day-boarding facilities. Inspired by Rabindranath Tagore’s precious counsels on education, the society conceived an institution where a child enter a Nursery / KG level and gets the ample scope to complete education till Post Graduate level under one roof with the fullest satisfaction. The members of the society felt the need to revisit our teaching methodology to suit the imminent globalization of our society.
