Sri Guru Harkrishan sr. Sec. Public School, Sur Singh (Tarn Taran) was established in 1983 under the aegis of Chief Khalsa Diwaqn Chartiable Society. Founded in the name of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji, 8th Guru of Sikhs, it is one of the premier institutions of the area upto senior secondary level. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (Affiliation Number - 1630697) under the visionary and able guidance of Chief Khalsa Diwan Charitable Society Management, Principal and Faculty. Despite located in remote area, this institution has brought many laurels in different fields. School has fully furnished, Air Conditioned (Pre Primary Wing), well lighted and ventilated classrooms; three well equipped Science Laboratories, one High Tech Computer Laboratory. The library is richly stacked that provides excellent reading and reference book consultation facilities to students and staff.
