Shivika Educational Society planted a small tree in the name of Vivek College in 2003 to cater the needs of quality education with B. Ed course and kept on adding feathers in it’s cap and introduce Management, Commerce, Science, Law, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Para-Medical, Nursing etc. over the years. By 2024 this small tree was converted into Banayan Tree when Vivek College was granted the status of Vivek University (State Private University) by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh vide act no 21of 2024 dated 06/12/2024 and recognized by UGC under section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956. 100+ Acres University campus is surrounded by lush green and serene environment of holy river Ganges and located on the Bijnor-Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh State Highway.
